Battery Line

The robotised line inspects and creates the electric batteries. At the entrance of the line, the battery connection plates are inspected. The plates and batteries are surface-cleaned by plasma. The robots then create the batteries by inserting the batteries according to the recipes. The battery consists of a batch of batteries, and the vision is responsible for differentiating the batches. The batteries undergo a final inspection to check the polarity defined in the battery recipe. The control of the switchboard is done through an HMI software module, PLC and robot controllers.
