Anti-Corruption and Bribery
Matecnic, as an employer, is committed to proactively combating and preventing all forms of corruption and bribery, conflicts of interest, and fraud by defining principles and guidelines to prevent and manage these practices.
- Matecnic absolutely rejects any action or omission related, directly or indirectly, to acts of corruption. This includes situations where employees consciously or deliberately ignore acts they had an obligation to know.
- Matecnic prohibits illicit actions and/or those not aligned with current standards, including the provisions of this document, under the pretext of acting in the best interest of the company, regardless of the economic benefit generated.
- Matecnic respects the highest standards of loyalty to the market, complying with free competition rules.

Environmental
Considering the periodic analysis of its context, including internal and external issues, the management is committed to:
- Acting preventively with environmental responsibility, contributing to the protection of the environment;
- Promoting the continuous improvement of its processes, products, and services, preventing environmental pollution, aiming to improve Matecnic's environmental performance;
- Complying with the requirements applicable to the Environmental Commitment, including regulatory, Client, and other Relevant Interested Parties (RIPs);
- Making the Environmental Commitment available to all RIPs, aiming to improve communication among all parties;
- Raising awareness among employees on Climate Change, Energy Conservation, and Environmental Sustainability;
- Promoting the involvement of all employees through communication, consultation, and participation in Matecnic's Environmental Commitment;
- Reducing CO2 emissions and the amount of hazardous waste produced, associated with all its activities;
- Systematically ensuring the improvement of energy performance through the design and acquisition of more energy-efficient products and services.
The Environmental Commitment is a shared duty at Matecnic, and its effectiveness depends on the involvement and contribution of all employees.
