Due to its extensive expertise in the areas of mechanics, thermodynamics, and process control, Matecnic has built an oven consisting of two distinct curing chambers, with a total volume of 30m3, which meets the most rigorous requirements of the automotive industry, successfully achieving the ultimate goal of a temperature tolerance of +/-2ºC.
In its construction, effective thermal cuts were applied, ensuring the oven has excellent energy efficiency with minimal thermal conduction to the exterior and almost no interference in the passage of the 5m3 frame between the chambers.
