Spine mats system (central and lateral conveyors), where the central ones move the jigs in one direction and the lateral move in both directions, exit and entrance. The system consists of six sets of conveyors, four of which are prepared for a control panel. Each set contains:

• 1 Entry Mat
• 1 Cross Mat
• 4 Inductive Sensors
• 2 Pneumatic Systems
• Piece blocked before cross mat
• Electrical Boxes with start, stop and emergency pushbuttons

It also contains an electrical panel for control and visualization of the production data as well as daily backups of these, recipes and list of alarms.
